When this notification comes up while saving your license, you need to reset it first:
To do that, you can send a DM to AlmanLicense, a discord bot for that use case.
Say your license is ALMN-1234-1234-1234. You then send the following message to AlmanLicense:
!reset ALMN-1234-1234-1234
You can now bind your license again!
