Important disclaimer!!

As of today, the module is in an early stage. Since Safari handles a ton of stuff differently than chrome does, the main architecture of the module has been changed in order to run on iOS devices. Thus, bugs can (and will) occur and we're logging as much as possible to find the errors asap, so testing will give us more information on what to fix.

Later this week, the UI part of Zalando Request Mobile will be updated for a more responsive & overall nicer experience.

How to set up

Step 1: Manual Login

Yes, at the moment a manual re-login (even if the page shows logged in when visiting Zalando)is necessary. This is a weird behavior on their site at the moment, we're working on a fix for it. Until then, always log out and log back into your account before running request mode!

Step 2: Selecting Account and Region

Similar as on desktop, selecting region and account is necessary. The profile which is selected within the account will determine which CC will get used.

Disclaimer: In case Account / region doesn't show up, please select any other tab (e.g. the profiles tab in your settings) and go back again to Zalando Request. It will be fixed in the visual update for Request mode.

Step 3: Add preload PID

A random in-stock product (NOT the one you're eventually running for) is needed to set up your tasks & you can use the #zalando-scraper or (as soon as it's released) the in-app scraper.

Step 4: Run preload

Click "Preload" and let the script run until "Session ready" appears.

Preload Error : "Not logged in."

As mentioned in Step 1, even if Zalando is showing that you're logged in, it doesn't mean Zalando API takes you as that (yes, annoying & we're working on a way around that). So please, as stated in Step 1, log out of Zalando and log back in.

Step 5: Add real PID

Now the PID('s) of the actual product are needed (also either #zalando-scraper or soon in-app).

Step 6: Run

A few seconds before the drop time (5-10 seconds) click start and let it run, the status messages tell you which step you're at, later a more visual update will follow.
